The process for lining laundry and repairs at Event Interiors Ltd
Initial Enquiry
We are happy to provide an initial ballpark estimate for our laundry services. However, the final pricing is determined based on the weight of the linings to be cleaned. After your initial enquiry, we kindly ask that you send your linings to us for weighing. Once received, we will provide a detailed and accurate quote based on the weight and service requirements. If you believe any repairs are needed, please notify us in advance. This will allow us to set those items aside for a thorough inspection and provide a separate quotation for the required repair work.
Order Placed
Once your order is confirmed, we will begin the necessary work. Depending on the time of year and the volume of laundry or repairs required, we will provide you with an estimated turnaround time. While we strive to complete all laundry and repair services within a two-week period, please be aware that this timeframe may vary based on current demand.
Delivery and Installation
All laundered linings are carefully folded, repackaged, and shipped to you with the utmost attention to detail. If needed, and with prior arrangement, we can also visit your site to reconfigure and professionally reinstall your linings.
